The Catch Up
Four friends. One year. Endless oversharing.

About the Catch Up
The Catch Up is a wickedly funny, gut-punchingly real comedy-drama about four suburban mums who meet regularly for dinner and spill everything.
Set in Melbourne's dullest suburb, this ensemble series dives headfirst into midlife mayhem — where parenting teens, holding down jobs, navigating marriage and confronting past trauma all collide over pasta, Pad Thai, or sticky date pudding.
Told through hilarious and heartfelt flashbacks, each episode uncovers the chaos between the catch ups — from exploding kitchen globes to workplace bullies, from family betrayals to random acts of kindness. With richly drawn characters and storylines that champion diversity and truth-telling, The Catch Up is as relatable as it is outrageous.
Think Bad Moms meets Fleabag, with a side of Vegemite.
